Heating technology that pays for itself. Modern, powerful, space-saving high efficiency radiators with modern looks.
Fittings: Each Classic radiator is supplied with factory fitted top grille and side panels, with a high gloss two-stage powder coated white finish, wall brackets, blanking plug and directional air vent as standard.
Testing: Each Classic radiator is pressure tested to 13 bar with a 10 bar working pressure. The individual wrapping can be left in place during installation and can be removed on completion, therefore reducing the risk of paint finish damage.
Guarantee: The Classic radiator is designed to the standards of DIN EN 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 and comes with a 5-year guarantee.
Standards: Heat outputs are tested on conform to BS EN442 standards; they are also awarded the British Institutes Kite mark.
Technology: Advanced heating technology providing high specific heat output. With a balanced ratio of convection to radiation heat. Thanks to the low water content in the radiators, the heat can be sensitively and yet dynamically controlled for maximum economy.
Packed ready for installation: Specially packed with cardboard corner protectors and also shrink-wrapped. Wrapping can stay in position during installation and decorating, and is only removed once all building work has been completed. This guarantees that the radiator will be protected from dirt and damage.
Installation-friendly fixings: 4 or 6 fixing lugs on rear, incl. kits consisting of wall brackets, plastic bracket inserts, blanking and airvent plugs with rotatable outlet.
Cataphoretic immersion painting: Two coats of top-quality environmentally-friendly and emission-free paint. Cataphoretic immersion painting and electrostatic powder coating to DIN 55900 - FWA. Bright finish, non-corrosive. Colour: Kermi White RAL 9016
Stringent quality controls: Heat output to BS EN 442. Stringent quality controls, certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, each radiator is individually tested for soundness. Radiators are supplied with a 5-year guarantee (from date of production) against manufacturing faults and defects.
Connections: 4 x G 1/2" inner thread.
Operating conditions: Max. operating temperature 100° C, max. operating pressure 10 bar (testing pressure 13 bar).
Scope of supply: Panel radiator (type 10): installation kit with blanking and airvent plugs and wall brackets included. Convector radiator (types 11/12/21/22/23): with top and side panels, installation kit with blanking and air vent plugs and wall brackets included.
Fixings: 4 lugs on rear of radiator (6 on BL 1800 and longer), drilled wall brackets, spacers and safety elements supplied as standard.
