Once your order has been received, we will process and advise when the order has been despatched. Your local depot will then get in touch with you to arrange the best time to deliver. If you are not at home to receive the order, your local depot will leave a card with a phone number to rearrange delivery (or collection locally if you prefer).
Delivery: Delivery will be made 3-5 working days after receiving order. If you require a specific delivery date; please advise (using the comment field at checkout stage).
Delivery times: Orders despatched are made between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
Weekend Delivery: We are unavailable to deliver on Saturday or Sunday under normal circumstances. If you require weekend delivery; please contact us and we can provide you with a quote.
Collection: You have the option to collect from our store in Bedford at no additional cost. Simply choose "collect from store" at the final step of checkout.
P&P: Shipping costs are based on various factors. Delivery costs can be calculated at basket and checkout stages. Depending on the size of your order, we will either deliver by UPS or Fortec Distribution.
